Affordable Housing Development
The HAFC is currently developing a number of properties in unincorporated Fulton County to increase the availability of affordable housing for both single and multi-family units, for both rental and resident ownership.
The Housing Authority of Fulton County relies on its many partners in the private sector to accomplish its mission. These include developers and other financial parters with vision who seek revenue bonds to create new affordable and mixed income housing communities, including
• Real Estate Developers
• Real Estate brokers and agents
• Mortgage companies for primary and secondary housing markets
• Financial Institutions
One of the main ways the HAFC creates new development is through its state-mandated power to issue tax-free revenue bonds and tax credits for housing development that meets certain criteria. To download a Revenue Bond Application packet, click here.
